ZEBRA CONNECTORS

Zebra Connectors are composed of conductive silicone rubber and general silicone rubber. It is divided into 3 types of connectors as followings:
L Type – Full Conductive Connector
Application: Digital cameras, electronic clocks /watches, electronic calculators, clinical thermometer, etc., and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) display module.

NYLON BUSHINGS

Nylon Bushings are still considered as an important plastic component. In its bulk form it is very wear resistant, particularly if oil-impregnated, and so is used to build gears, bearings, bushings, and because of good heat-resistance and insulation, increasingly for under-the-hood applications in cars, and other mechanical parts. Bushings must be used coordinated with thermal insulator pad.

MICA SHEETS

Mica has a high dielectric strength and excellent chemical stability, making it a favored material for manufacturing capacitors for radio frequency applications. It has also been used as an insulator in high voltage electrical equipment and to separate electrical conductors in cables that are designed to have a fire-resistance rating in order to provide circuit integrity. Products come with natural or man-made (fabricated) sheet in different dimension and thickness for various applications.
